Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or moved into production.

Once an order has been confirmed for print-on-demand production or digital delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

For digital art products, cancellation is not possible once the digital content has been delivered or access has been provided.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order with their order details.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on order status at the time of request.

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as per bank and payment gateway timelines.

The store reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.
