    You will receive a tracking number once your physical order has been shipped.

  5. Print-on-Demand Products:
    All print-on-demand items are produced specifically after an order is placed. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

  6. Digital Art Delivery:
    Digital art products are delivered electronically via email or download link after successful payment confirmation. No physical shipping is involved for digital products.

  7. Delays:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, system issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  8. Lost or Damaged Items:
    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your physical order is lost or damaged.
