At The Trippy Tees, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production or processing.
Once an order is confirmed for print-on-demand production or digital delivery, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
Only physical products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
• Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand products are made specifically for each customer. Therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Digital Products
Digital art products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once delivered, as they are intangible digital goods.
Refunds for digital products will only be considered if the product is not accessible due to a technical delivery failure from our side.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned physical products.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as per bank and payment gateway timelines.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
